Here at As I Am Wellness LLC, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in July 2019, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring the mind, body, soul together through the use of practices that include mindfulness and movement. We offer: yoga, meditation, journaling, nature walks, community building circles, book clubs, and much more!

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis. Come practice your skills of mindfulness with us at As I Am Wellness! We readily offer safe spaces for Community Building, Yoga, Meditation, Artistic Expression, and Nature Walks. Whenever you're bringing your awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you’re being mindful!
